Section 505.26 Description Not Exclusive
505.26 DESCRIPTION NOT EXCLUSIVE.
Nothing contained in sections 505.18 to 505.26 shall require any purchaser or mortgagee to rely on a description, any part of which depends exclusively upon the Minnesota coordinate system.
