Section 30.099 Definition of Potatoes
30.099 DEFINITION OF POTATOES.
For the purposes of this chapter, "potatoes" means all varieties of the tuber (solanum tuberosum L.) commonly known as Irish potatoes offered for sale within the state of Minnesota.
