767.58 Pleading; judgment or proceeding.
Sec. 58.
In pleading a judgment or other determination of, or a proceeding before any court or officer, civil or military, it is unnecessary to allege the facts conferring jurisdiction on such court or officer, but it is sufficient to allege generally that such judgment or determination was duly given or made or such proceedings had.
