750.185 Girls' training school at Adrian; aiding escape of inmates; marriage without consent of superintendent; penalty.
Sec. 185.
Any person, not an inmate, who shall knowingly aid or assist any girl who is an inmate of the girls' training school at Adrian, Michigan, to escape therefrom, or who shall knowingly aid, entice or assist any girl who has been committed to said school, and who is a subject thereof, to escape from any other home or other place where she has been placed by the officers of said training school, or shall knowingly aid or assist any such girl to leave this state, or shall marry any such girl, knowing her to be an inmate or a subject of such training school, without the consent of the superintendent of such training school, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or imprisonment for not more than 1 year in the county jail, or both.
