750.313 Gambling in stocks, bonds, grain or produce; penalty.
Sec. 313.
Penalty for gambling and using property for gambling in stocks, bonds, grain, etc.—Any person who shall knowingly permit any of the acts set forth in the eleventh section of this chapter in his building, house or in any out-house, booth, arbor or erection of which he has the title, care or possession, shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not more than 2 years or by a fine of not less than 500 dollars or more than 1,000 dollars, and any penalty so adjudged shall be a lien upon the premises on or in which such unlawful acts are carried on or permitted, and any person whether acting for himself, or as a broker, agent or employe of any person, or as an officer, broker, agent or employe of any corporation, association, firm or co-partnership, who shall violate any of the provisions of the eleventh section of this chapter, shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not more than 2 years, or by fine of not less than 500 dollars nor more than 1,000 dollars.
