550.363 Dental care corporation; board of directors; membership, qualifications.
Sec. 13.
The board of directors of a dental care corporation shall consist of not more than 25 members and shall have representation from the general public and from among the various classes of subscribers enumerated in section 19 of this act and from the Michigan state dental association or its successor, but at least 40 per cent and not more than 60% of the directors shall be duly licensed dentists who are approved by the Michigan state dental association or its successor.
