500.3602 Exemption as to workmen's compensation insurance.
Sec. 3602.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to apply to group insurance covering accidental injuries or accidental death arising out of and in the course of employment written under a policy issued to any governmental corporation, unit, agency or department thereof, or to any corporation, copartnership, individual employer, or any association upon application of any executive officer, board, or trustee of such association having a constitution or bylaws, and formed in good faith for purposes other than that of obtaining insurance where officers, members, or employes thereof are insured for their individual benefit.
