484.2205 Investigation and resolution of service complaints; commission authority.
Sec. 205.
(1) The commission may investigate and resolve complaints under this act. The penalties under this act shall not be imposed for a violation that occurred more than 2 years before the date the complaint was filed.
(2) If the commission finds, after notice and hearing, that the rates, quality, general availability, or conditions for a regulated service violate this act, an order of the commission under this act, or is adverse to the public interest, the commission may require changes in how the telecommunication services are provided. The commission's authority includes, but is not limited to, the revocation of a license and issuing cease and desist orders.
