451.2307 Waiver or modification of requirements of MCL 451.2302, 451.2303, and 451.2304(2), or certain requirements of MCL 451.2305(9).
Sec. 307.
The administrator may waive or modify, in whole or in part, any or all of the requirements of sections 302, 303, and 304(2) or the requirement of any information or record in a registration statement or in a periodic report filed pursuant to section 305(9).
