449.2106 Case not provided for in act governed by MCL 449.1 to 449.43.
Sec. 1106.
In any case not provided for in this act the provisions of the uniform partnership act, Act No. 72 of the Public Acts of 1917, as amended, being sections 449.1 to 449.43 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, govern.
