Sec. 66g.

The expenses of the medical or surgical treatment and hospital care of any child born in the hospital of any woman sent to a hospital under this act, as long as it is considered necessary and proper in the judgment of the hospital physicians to keep the child in the hospital, shall be included in the expense as provided in this act, unless the child is eligible for hospitalization under this act or some other law of this state.
