399.8 Secretary of commission; authority; employees; salaries and expenses.
Sec. 8.
The secretary of said commission shall act under the direction of the commission. The commission shall have power to appoint such other employees as shall be deemed necessary. The commission may delegate to the secretary such authority as is necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. The secretary and other employees shall receive such salaries as shall be appropriated by the legislature and also such traveling expenses as shall be necessary.
