395.31 Vocational education act of 1963; state board of control, compliance; acceptance and disbursement of federal funds.

Sec. 1.

The state board of control for vocational education may take any necessary action consistent with state law to comply with the provisions of Public Law 210 of the 88th Congress known as the “vocational education act of 1963” and may accept and expend federal funds available under that law for the purpose of strengthening and improving the quality of vocational education and to expand vocational education opportunities in this state.
