390.692 Trustees of Michigan state university and governors of Wayne state university; extension of terms; appointment of new members.
Sec. 2.
The terms of office of the members of the board of trustees of Michigan state university and the board of governors of Wayne state university, who are holding office on January 1, 1964, and whose terms would otherwise expire on December 31, 1965, 1967 and 1969 shall continue for 1 year. Two members of each of such boards shall be elected in each general November election for terms of 8 years to commence on January 1 following their election. The governor shall appoint 2 members each of the board of trustees and of the board of governors for terms expiring on December 31, 1964.
