CAREER AND TECHNICAL PREPARATION ACT (EXCERPT)

388.1905 Intercollegiate athletics; participation prohibited.
Sec. 5.
An eligible student enrolled in a career and technical preparation program under this act shall not participate in intercollegiate athletics while he or she is enrolled in the career and technical preparation program under this act. An eligible student who violates this section forfeits his or her eligibility under this act.
