338.3547 Disposition of license fees and income.
Sec. 37.
All fees and money received by the department from the licensing of plumbers and any other income the board may receive under this act shall be paid into the state construction code fund as created by section 22 of the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act, MCL 125.1522.
