333.6251 Injunction or other process.

Sec. 6251.

Notwithstanding the existence of any other remedy, the office may maintain an action in the name of this state for an injunction or other process against a person to restrain or prevent the establishment, conduct, management, or operation of a substance abuse service program without a license or where operation of the licensee's service is likely to result in serious harm to recipients of the service.
