333.6243 Denying, suspending, revoking, or refusing to renew license; grounds; hearing; appeal.

Sec. 6243.

With the assistance of the department, the administrator may deny, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a license of an applicant or licensee who is in violation of this article or rules promulgated under this article after opportunity for a hearing. A hearing and an appeal in a contested case shall be conducted by the director or the director's authorized representative pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969.
