324.21504 Objectives of part.
Sec. 21504.
The objectives of this part are to address certain problems associated with releases from petroleum underground storage tank systems, to promote compliance with parts 211 and 213, and to fund environmental and consumer protection programs necessary to protect public health, safety, or welfare or the environment due to the sale, use, or release of refined petroleum products.
