287.125 Dealers or brokers license; place of keeping license.
Sec. 5.
Every dealer, broker, or agent licensed under the provisions of this act and carrying on or conducting business under such license shall at all times keep in or at the place of business or in each vehicle used by such licensee for the purpose of transporting livestock a copy of such license for inspection by any representative of the department, sheriff, undersheriff, deputy sheriff, Michigan state police or any other law enforcing agency.
