Section 36 Neglecting to attend
Section 36. A person duly drawn and summoned as a juror in a court who neglects to attend without sufficient cause shall be punished by a fine of not more than forty dollars, to be imposed by the court to which the juror was summoned, to the use of the county where the offence is committed.
