Section 3-413 Formal testacy proceedings; vacation of order for other cause

Section 3-413. [Formal Testacy Proceedings; Vacation of Order For Other Cause.]

For good cause shown, an order in a formal testacy proceeding may be vacated within the time allowed for appeal.
