Section 44A Regional refuse disposal planning committee
Section 44A. A city or town, by vote of the council in the case of a city and by vote of a town meeting in the case of a town, may create a special unpaid committee to be known as a regional refuse disposal planning committee consisting of three persons to be appointed by the moderator in a town and by the mayor in a city.
