§ 6-303. Consent required for acquisition - State-owned property.
 

(a)  Consent required.- The Administration may not acquire by purchase or condemnation any property owned by this State or any of its agencies without the prior approval of the Board of Public Works. 

(b)  Use of State land.- Subject to prior approval of the Board of Public Works, the Administration may use any land owned by this State, including land lying under water, that the Administration considers necessary or convenient to construct or operate any project.
