§ 26-408. Cancellation or solicitation of cancellation of traffic citation.
(a) Cancellation.- A person may not cancel a traffic citation in any manner other than as provided in this subtitle.
(b) Solicitation of cancellation.- A person may not solicit another person to cancel a traffic citation in any manner other than as provided in this subtitle.
