Section 13-501 - Women's History Month.
§ 13-501. Women's History Month.
(a) Proclamation.- In recognition of the historical contributions that women have made to the State, the Governor shall proclaim the month of March each year as Women's History Month.
(b) Observance.- The proclamation shall urge educational and cultural organizations to observe Women's History Month properly with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities.
