§ 14-502. Established; administration and enforcement [Subtitle subject to abrogation June 30, 2010].
  

(a)  Established.- The Administration shall maintain plans and procedures to carry out a State standby petroleum fuel set-aside program for use during an energy emergency. 

(b)  Administration and enforcement.- The Director shall administer and enforce the State set-aside program.
