§ 12-609. Certificate.
 

(a)  Issuance.- The State Fire Marshal shall issue a certificate to each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle. 

(b)  Contents.- The certificate shall include: 

(1) the full name of the certificate holder; 

(2) the date of issuance; and 

(3) the date on which the certificate expires. 

(c)  Change of address.- Each certificate holder shall give the State Fire Marshal written notice of change of address within 10 business days after the change.
