Section 5-9 - B-01. Definitions.

§ 5-9B-01. Definitions.
  

(a)  In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. 

(b)  Application.- "Application" means an application by a local government to the Board of Public Works to fund the purchase of an interest in real property under a local land preservation program. 

(c)  Program.- "Program" means a local land preservation program established in accordance with this subtitle. 

(d)  Sponsor.- "Sponsor" means a local government.
