Section 5-217 - Disposal of raw sludge sewage on certain State land.

§ 5-217. Disposal of raw sludge sewage on certain State land.
  

A person may not dispose of raw sludge sewage on State parkland or State forest land, unless the disposal is part of a program designed and operated by the Department of Natural Resources or the Department of the Environment.
