Section 4-1010 - Possession of patent tong heads in Kent, Queen Anne's, and Wicomico counties.

§ 4-1010. Possession of patent tong heads in Kent, Queen Anne's, and Wicomico counties.
  

A person may not have patent tong heads on board a boat when shaft tonging in Queen Anne's County, Wicomico County, and Kent County waters.
