Section 3-706 - Termination provision.

§ 3-706. Termination provision.
  

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act, Subtitles 2 and 4 of this title shall terminate and be of no effect after July 1, 2014.
