§ 6-424. Advisory Board - Quorum; meetings; compensation.
 

(a)  Quorum.- A majority of the members then serving on the Advisory Board is a quorum. 

(b)  Meetings.- The Advisory Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings. 

(c)  Compensation.- A member of the Advisory Board: 

(1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Advisory Board; but 

(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
