§ 14-103. Membership.
(a) Seven Commissioners.- The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County consists of seven Commissioners, appointed by the County Executive.
(b) 5-year term.- The term of a Commissioner is 5 years.
(c) Staggered terms.- The terms of the Commissioners are staggered as required by the terms provided for Commissioners of the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County on October 1, 2006.
(d) Succession.- A Commissioner who is appointed after a term has begun serves only for the rest of the term and until a successor is appointed and qualifies.
