§ 14-203. Chair and officers.
(a) In general.- From among its members, the Board shall elect a chair and any other officers that it considers necessary.
(b) Election; terms; duties.- The Board shall determine:
(1) The manner of election of officers;
(2) The term of office of each officer; and
(3) The duties of each officer.
