Section 13-802 - Established; function [Subtitle subject to abrogation].

§ 13-802. Established; function [Subtitle subject to abrogation].
  

(a)  Established.- There is a Community Services Reimbursement Rate Commission. 

(b)  Function.- The Commission is an independent unit that functions in the Department.
