Section 13-702 - Definitions.

§ 13-702. Definitions.
  

(a)  In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. 

(b)  Certificate.- "Certificate" means a certificate issued by the Department or a private or public entity to administer subcutaneous injections of epinephrine. 

(c)  Program.- "Program" means the Insect Sting Emergency Treatment Program.
