§ 5-208. Civil penalty for failure to make report.
 

(a)  In general.- If a banking institution or an other-state bank fails to make any report or submit proof of publication as required by this article, the banking institution or other-state bank is subject, in the discretion of the Commissioner, to a civil penalty not exceeding $500 for each day that the report or proof is overdue. 

(b)  Enforcement.- The Commissioner may institute proceedings to enforce this section.
