§ 9-625. Quorum; compensation.
 

(a)  Quorum.- Unless the bylaws of the district require a larger number, a majority of the full authorized membership of the sanitary commission is a quorum. 

(b)  Compensation and reimbursement for expenses.- Each sanitary commissioner is entitled to: 

(1) Compensation as approved and paid by the governing body of the member county from which appointed; and 

(2) Reimbursement for expenses as provided in the district's budget.
