§ 9-351. Annual report to Governor and General Assembly.
 

(a)  Report required.- The Secretary shall report on or before January 15 of each year to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the status of the Water Pollution Control Fund. 

(b)  Contents of report.- The Secretary's report shall include: 

(1) The total amounts of funds expended; 

(2) The total amounts of funds committed; 

(3) The total amount of funds remaining; 

(4) A list of projects for which funds have been expended or are committed; 

(5) A projection of projects to be constructed in the near future for which grants, loans, or loan guarantees will be made; 

(6) An evaluation of the program's effectiveness; and 

(7) Projections as to future funding requirements.
