Section 7-211 - Council established; meetings.

§ 7-211. Council established; meetings.
  

(a)  Council established.- There is a Controlled Hazardous Substance Advisory Council in the Department. 

(b)  Meetings.- The Controlled Hazardous Substance Advisory Council shall meet only at the request of the Secretary.
