§ 11-307. Issuance, contents, and replacement of license.
(a) Issuance.- The Board shall license and issue the appropriate licensure to any applicant who meets the requirements of this title.
(b) Contents.- The Board shall include on each license that it issues:
(1) The designation "registered environmental sanitarian";
(2) The name of the license holder;
(3) The date of issue and serial number of the license;
(4) The Board seal; and
(5) The signature of the Board's representative.
(c) Replacement of lost, destroyed, or mutilated license.- The Board shall issue a new license to replace a lost, destroyed, or mutilated license if the license holder pays a fee that is set by the Board.
