§ 24-203. Chairman and vice chairman; meetings.
(a) Chairman and vice chairman.- The Governor shall designate from among the members of the Commission a chairman and a vice chairman.
(b) Meetings.- The Commission shall determine the time and place of its meetings and may adopt rules for the conduct of its meetings.
