Section 2-102 - State Board as head of Department.

§ 2-102. State Board as head of Department.
  

(a)  Head of Department.- The head of the Department is the State Board of Education. 

(b)  State Board organized under Subtitle 2.- The State Board is organized and has the general powers and duties as provided in Subtitle 2 of this title.
