§ 18-2402. Established; purpose.
(a) Established.- There is a program of higher education loan assistance grants to dentists in the State, known as the Maryland Dent-Care Program.
(b) Purpose.- The purpose of the Program is to increase access to oral health services for underserved Maryland Medical Assistance Program recipients by increasing the number of dentists who treat that population.
