§ 11-307. Compilation and review of reports; presentation to General Assembly.
The Commission shall:
(1) Compile and review the reports of the institutions and system; and
(2) Present the reports, together with the comments and recommendations of the Commission, to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly of Maryland.
