Section 2-115 - Classification of employees.

§ 2-115. Classification of employees.
  

(a)  Compensation.- In accordance with the State budget, the Secretary shall set the compensation of Department employees. 

(b)  Position categories.- The Secretary of Budget and Management shall determine position categories for special appointments in the Department.
