§ 6-105. Director.
 

(a)  Appointment.- With the approval of the Governor and the advice and consent of the Senate, the Secretary shall appoint the Director. 

(b)  Position.- The Director is the head of the Division. 

(c)  Oath.- Before taking office, the appointee shall take the oath required by Article I, § 9 of the Maryland Constitution. 

(d)  Term.- The Director serves at the pleasure of the Secretary. 

(e)  Compensation.- The Director is entitled to the compensation provided in the State budget.
