Section 4-208 - Termination of certain provisions.

§ 4-208. Termination of certain provisions.
  

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act, this subtitle and Subtitle 3 of this title and all regulations adopted under this subtitle and Subtitle 3 of this title shall terminate on July 1, 2021.
