§ 16-3B-01. Violating regulation of Comptroller.
(a) Prohibited act.- A person may not violate a regulation adopted by the Comptroller that applies to a person who sells cigarettes at retail.
(b) Penalty.- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of $100.
